Eberhard Büttner - Management Consultant

After my engineering studies at the University of Karlsruhe, today's KIT, with a focus on control and automation technology, I started my professional career as a project engineer in the field of drive systems and automation systems for the process industry. In my later positions, I first took on management tasks in sales and then in the general management of renowned international manufacturing companies before founding IBG Management Consulting GmbH in 2007. I have been advising technology companies for more than twelve years. When it comes to reducing costs, defining strategies, or optimizing processes, my customers appreciate the holistic approach and my rich industry experience.

The focus of my consulting activities is the search and selection of new locations for production or product development in Central Eastern Europe, concepts for reorganization and consolidation as well as management coaching in the development of strategies.
