Our clients are investors, entrepreneurs, and executives. I contribute my expert knowledge during business development, expansions in strategic decisions or in critical phases and support them in making the right decisions. I speak their language, because I have held general management responsibility in world-class technology companies for many years. The focus of the consulting activities is: search, evaluation and selection of new locations for production plants or innovation centers in Central Eastern Europe and planning of implementation. Furthermore, I create concepts for the reorganization of production plants or development centers and deliver the master plan for implementation. Coaching and support in the development of business strategies, elaboration of business plans and support in their implementation is also part of my scope of consulting. IBG Management Consulting is a professional consultant and partner in the implementation.
